We will use the following resources in a variety of different ways throughout the school year. Use this page as quick access to our links for learning!
Google Classroom:
- Visit: google.classroom.com, type "Google Classroom" in your search bar to visit the site, or use the waffle to choose the Classroom icon.
- This online platform allows students to see assignments, create online content such as word documents or Google Slides, collaborate with each other, and much more! Students will need their Google Log-Ins to access this site.
IXL: 
- Connected to our PA State Standards, IXL provides comprehensive practice on a variety of target skills in both ELA and Math. Students can log on to IXL with their username and password to view assigned topics and for additional practice with those skills.
- With our magazine subscription, students are able to access texts, quizzes, videos, and other online content through the Scholastic News website. Many of these articles and resources will be available for students on Google Classroom.
- Students will need a class code to log in. Please contact me for the code.
- We will use this online tool to explore different topics that we are wondering about! This will be the inspiration of our Wonder Projects, and a source to use as we research something that gives us wonderment and awe.
- Biblionasium is an online community for readers to add books to their shelves, write reviews of books they have read, recommend books to their classmates, and compile a list of books they would like to read.
- Biblionasium requires a unique login. Students either have this personally written down, or it is available on their library card (used at school). Please contact me for the log-in information.
- Epic! is a digital library for kids 12 years old and under. Epic! houses over 40,000 titles, including some popular series, such as Big Nate, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Goosebumps, and more! Students can choose between reading, having the book read to them and following along with the text, or engaging in an audiobook. Epic! is free for all students who have an account.
