Dear Parents/Guardians,
   The Wildcat Care Before and After School Program is for 4th and 5th grade students attending Elmwood
Academy during the 2023/2024 school year. Wildcat Care operates at Elmwood Academy from
6:30am-7:30am and 2:30pm-6:00pm. Please read the Family Handbook carefully and familiarize yourself with
all of our policies and procedures.

 

   Registration will open on Monday, July 31, 2023. Enrollment packets are in a fillable PDF format. To complete
and send via computer/mobile phone, type in your information, save the document to your computer/mobile
device and then attach the document to an email addressed to [email protected]. You may also complete
and print forms and then mail them or drop them off at the Trails and Trees Environmental Center located at
1731 S. York Street Mechanicsburg, Pa 17055.

 Child Health Assessment: must be submitted no later than November 17, 2023

 

Registration Fees:
July 31-August 11 fee waived
August 14-August 25 $20
August 28 and after $40
*Please note that all tuition payments must be setup as an automatic withdrawal.
